You applied. We reviewed it. You're in. Now how to create a profile that gets you found. An image that works everywhere. Details that make you searchable. A portfolio that shows your range. And how the right people reach you, once you're live.
Profile image
This is the first thing anyone sees — in the directory, in a search, before anything else. It needs to hold as a square and as a portrait, so give yourself room in the frame rather than cropping tight.
Technical recommendations: Head and shoulders. Studio light, plain background. Shoot in portrait with your face centred and space above your head — that way the same file crops cleanly to a square without losing you at the edges. Minimum 2000px on the long edge, JPEG format, under 4MB. Compress with tinypng.com before you upload.
Quality matters here. Every image is reviewed — professional work only. If yours isn't approved, we'll tell you exactly why.

Profile details
We don't love reducing anyone to a set of numbers. But casting is practical — a brand needs to know the wardrobe will fit before they book you. This is the one part of your profile that's about logistics, not identity.
Technical recommendations: Height, waist, hips, hair and eye colour, plus your experience and specialties — modelling, UGC, acting, and so on. All of it exists for one reason: so the right job can find you faster.

Contact details
Job requests go to the email you registered with — nothing else. We never share your contact details with the person casting. If they want you, they'll use the casting call to contact you.
Portfolio images
Up to twelve images. This is where you show range — not just your best angle, but the breadth of what you can actually do.
Technical recommendations: No logos, no watermarks, no cluttered backgrounds — let the work speak.
Mix it up: close-up and full-length, colour and black-and-white, different settings. Minimum 2000px on the long edge, JPEG format, under 4MB per image. Compress with tinypng.com before you upload. Same standard as your profile image — professional work only.

Every profile is checked by a person before it appears in the directory. You'll get an email the moment yours is live — and if an image needs replacing first, you'll hear about that instead.
We email you and say exactly what the problem was — resolution, heavy editing, a logo in the frame — and you upload a replacement. Nothing else on your profile waits while you sort it out.
Any time. Swap the image and it's reviewed the same way the first set was. Most people refresh their portfolio every few months, and it's worth doing.
Yes. A brand books you assuming the wardrobe will fit, and a few centimetres out is how a booking falls apart on the day. Re-measure every few months and update them.
Not for your profile image — that one needs studio light and a plain background. In your portfolio a well-shot phone image is fine, as long as it holds its own next to the rest.
Your profile is public so brands, photographers, studios and creatives can find you. Your contact details are not — enquiries come through us and land in your inbox.
Six strong ones beat twelve uneven ones. Upload what genuinely shows range and add to it as you shoot more.
Yes. Mark yourself unavailable and you drop out of the directory and out of search until you switch it back on.
